Vincamine (VIN) belongs to the quercetin class of monoterpene indole alkaloids, which can be isolated from Periwinkle vines and Boswellia chinensis. Vincamine has the functions of lowering blood sugar, protecting liver, anti-tumor and preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
