Nicotinamide mononucleotide (" NMN " and " β-NMN ") is a nucleotide derived from ribose, nicotinamide, nicotinamide riboside and niacin. Humans have enzymes that can use NMN to generate nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH).
