Discribe	Noopept, N-phenylacetyl-L-prolylglycine ethyl ester , is a synthetic nootropic molecule. It has a similar effect to piracetam, in that it provides a mild cognitive boost after supplementation. Noopept also provides a subtle psychostimulatory effect.
