| Application | Genistein is mainly found in legumes, such as sophora japonica and mountain bean root. Genistein, genistein, is a rectangular or hexagonal rod-shaped crystal (60% ethanol), dendritic crystal (ether), melting point 297-298 ºC (slightly decomposed). Soluble in DMSO and ethanol, almost insoluble in water, the solubility in water is 8.7 μg/ml, and changing the pH of the solution has no obvious effect on genistein. |
