Estradiol benzoate is a estrogen drug. The same effect as estradiol, can make endometrial hyperplasia, enhance uterine smooth muscle contraction, promote breast development and hyperplasia: high-dose inhibition of prolactin release, anti-androgen effect, and can increase calcium deposition in bone.
